My Relationship W/ Fitness During Pregnancy

Fitness is a big part of my life so to throw it all out the window now that I’m almost 8 months preggers just didn’t seem very….. me.

Of course, it’s still important to take it easy & not push yourself too hard or do anything that doesn’t feel right. But keeping fit & maintaining a healthy diet will not only be good for mental & physical health in the here & now, but it will also promote faster recovery post-birth.

I’ve been very conscious to keep my yoga practice alive. I’ve found it has helped me to keep my hormones in check, my weight gain slow & steady, & my mind clear & happy.
